Ignite Medical Resort is looking for a General Manager (Licensed LTC Administrator) Administrator in Training who can help us to blaze a trail to success. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree, ideally in healthcare administration, social work, business administration, or a related field. Must demonstrates strong leadership potential, initiative, accountability, organizational skills, and a genuine interest in growing into a Nursing Home Administrator role. Prior healthcare or LTC experience would be beneficial, we are searching for a candidate that is motivated, eager to learn, comfortable in decision making, customer service mindset, in a hospitality-like environment, and the ability to lead and mentor your team independently to excellence. We are a skilled rehab facility in.
