Responsibilities include:
Invoice Processing (Data Entry):
Validating invoices for accuracy and submitting to processing platform with emphasis on ensuring correct vendor, invoice information and amounts are submitted accurately.
Ensuring that the correct approvers are applied to the invoice.
Ensure coding of invoices conforms to established processes and procedures.
Respond to inquiries from vendors and staff generated in Bill.com
Vendor Maintenance:
Request W-9's
Request emails for remittance advice and Epay set up.
Month End:
Assist team to ensure all invoices are submitted for approval before close
Review Bill inboxes to ensure all invoices are submitted
Review History invoice deletions
Reporting:
Mid-month reconciliation between Sage/Bill
Other:
Review Statements ensuring invoices are in system, notifying vendor of missing invoices and invoices paid.
Additional projects as needed
